There will be two sessions for the 7th-9th grade classes: intermediate and advanced. Intermediate 7th-8th graders will run from 11am-12:30pm. Advanced 7th-9th graders will run from 1-3pm.
The eligibility of Avon student-athletes for competition in collegiate athletics is a joint effort of the student-athletes/parents, coaches, Athletic Department, and Guidance Department.
In order to be eligible to play Division I or II college sports, students must meet certain academic standards in core course completion, maintain a minimum GPA in core classes, and achieve a minimum SAT/ACT score. Students need to find the best academic and athletic fit!
Sportsmanship is an expectation at Avon High School. In order to encourage ORIOLE PRIDE, Avon High School expects that the players will be allowed to play; coaches will be allowed to coach; officials will be allowed to officiate, and spectators will remain positive and support student efforts.
